How do I add a contact? How do I create a new contact for sending a new Payout?

To add or create a new contact for sending a payout, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Contacts" Tab: After logging into your TransFi Payout account, go to the "Contacts" section from the main menu.
  2. Click on "Add Contact": In the "Contacts" section, click the "Add Contact" button.
  3. Enter Contact Details:
  1. Select the Contact Type: Choose whether the contact is an individual or a business.
  2. Provide Contact Information: Fill in the required fields, such as name, email address, and any additional details needed for the contact.

    1. For Digital Assets (Stable Coins): If your contact prefers to receive payments in digital assets, add their wallet address, business registration number, and registration date (if applicable).
    2. For Fiat Currency: If they prefer to receive payments in fiat currency, add the account/wallet details, business registration number, and registration date.
  2. Save the Contact: Once all details are filled in, click "Save" to complete the process. The contact is now added and can be selected for future payouts.

How do I manage transactions and track settlement status?

To manage transactions and track settlement status, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Transactions" Tab: Once logged into your TransFi Payout account, go to the "Transactions" section in the main menu.
  2. Choose Transaction Type: Select the type of transaction you want to review, such as "All," "Individual Payments," or "Add Money."
  3. View Recent Transactions: The dashboard will display recent activity-related transactions. You can view details of these transactions directly from this screen.
  4. Access the Transaction Receipt: To get more details about a specific transaction, click on the "eye" icon. This will open the transaction receipt and display its full details, including the processing steps and settlement status.

How do I perform a payout?

Follow these steps to send a payout through TransFi:

Login to TransFi’s Payout Dashboard

Use your credentials to access your account on the TransFi Payout Dashboard.

Navigate to "Send Money"

Once logged in, locate and click on the "Send Money" option in the left-hand corner of the dashboard.

Select "Make Payment"

From the options available, select "Make Payment" to proceed with the payout process.

Fill in the Payout Form

Complete the required details on the payout form:

Choose Contact: Select the recipient from your contact list.

Account Type: Specify the type of account you are sending the payout to.

Pay From Information: Enter the account details from which the funds will be debited.

Enter and Confirm the Amount

Input the amount you wish to send and review the details to ensure accuracy.

Confirm the transaction to finalize the payout.

How to PreFund my account?

Follow these steps to prefund your account on the TransFi Payout Platform:

1. Login to Your Account: Ensure you are logged into your TransFi Payout account.

2. Navigate to "My Accounts": From the main menu, select the "My Accounts" tab.

3. Select Currency: Choose the currency you want to use for prefunding your account. Click on "Add Money" next to the chosen currency.

4. Enter Amount: Specify the amount you want to prefund. Ensure this amount meets or exceeds the minimum required balance.

a. View Fees: You can click on "Show Fees" to view any applicable deductions.

b. Review Balances: The screen will display your current balance and the updated balance after prefunding.

5. Complete the Transaction: Select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.

6. Confirmation and Receipt: Once the prefunding is complete, you will receive a confirmation and can download the receipt for your records.

How to approve/reject a payout?

To approve or reject a payout, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the "Approvals" Tab: Once logged into your TransFi Payout account, navigate to the "Approvals" section from the main menu.
  2. Find the Transaction: Locate the payout transaction you wish to approve or reject from the list of pending transactions.

Select Action: Click the "Approve" button to confirm the payout or click the "Reject" button to decline it. Your action will be processed immediately.

How long it may take to complete my payout may be individual or bulk?

Transfers can be instant or batched depending on your configuration. In Instant payouts, we initiate the payout on a realtime basis to the recipient and it is processed as per bank settlement cycle. For batched payouts, the payouts are processed in a batch as per pre-agreed cutoff time post which it is processed as per bank settlement cycle

Is KYC Mandatory for my customers?

No, the client's customers will not need to provide Proof of Identity for every transaction. The TransFi Payouts Product does not require KYC (Know Your Customer) of the recipient for each transaction. However, TransFi reserves the right to conduct KYC/KYB at its discretion.

This streamlined process helps to ensure that transactions are efficient and hassle-free for clients and their customers while maintaining the necessary compliance and security measures managed by TransFi.

What are the different roles and Permissions Accesible in Payouts Product?

Admin Roles and Their Permissions

Admin

Full access to all features and functionalities.

Can add, remove, or change user roles.

Can view and manage wallet balances.

Can create, approve, and manage transactions.

Can add and edit contacts and subaccounts.

Has access to API keys and KYB details.

Can manage the KYB process and view related documentation.

Maker

Can view wallet balances.

Can create transactions but cannot approve them.

Can add and edit contacts and subaccounts.

Limited to creating and viewing transactions.

Cannot manage user roles or access KYB details.

Checker

Can view wallet balances.

Responsible for approving or rejecting transactions.

Can view and manage transaction details.

Cannot create transactions but ensures their validity before approval.

Can manage the approval queue for transactions.

Finance Manager

View-only access to reports and analytics.

Can download financial reports.

Cannot create, approve, or manage transactions.

Limited to viewing wallet balances and transaction details.

No permissions to manage user roles or KYB details.
