How can my customers make payments via TransFi's's invoicing Tool?

Are your customers asking how to pay using TransFi's invoicing tool? Here's what they should do.

Follow a step-by-step guide on how to use the invoicing tool to request payments from your customers.

Once you have successfully requested the payment from your customer, they can complete the payment following these easy steps:

Step 1: They will receive a link that you will send them either by email or by any other communication channel. They will need to click on the link which will take them to the payment form.

Step 2: Once on the payment form, they will be able to choose the digital currency in which they would like to make the payment. 

They will receive detailed instructions on the exact payment you are requesting from them.


Important: The payer will have to upload their identity document for verification (KYC) before payment.

How long does it take for an invoice to expire?

Invoices are valid for a period of 30 days. Any payment to an expired invoice will be refunded.

What digital currencies can I use to pay an invoice?

We support payment in the following digital currencies:

  • Tether (USDT)
  • USD Coin (USDC)
  • Bitcoin (BTC: on-chain, and Lightning)
  • Ethereum (ETH)

We support these coins in the following networks:

  • USDT: TRON Network, Ethereum network and Polygon Network
  • USDC: Ethereum network, Polygon Network
  • BTC: Bitcoin network, Lightning network
  • ETH: Ethereum network

What if my customer sent a payment to an expired invoice?

Invoices are valid for a limited period of time. Any payment to an expired invoice will be refunded.

The invoice is valid for a period of 30 days. Anytime after the 30 days period, the payment will not be successful and your funds will be refunded.
