Job description

We are looking for a person with extensive growth experience (Minimum 5+ years) within the tech industry and a minimum of two years of web3 industry experience.

We are looking for someone to turbocharge our sales efforts into crypto native companies. You will be someone with a network in the crypto ecosystem who can build relationships and partnerships with prospects, partners, and clients.

You must be a high energy, entrepreneurially minded individual that has a strong understanding of the broader crypto economy and the major sub-segments. You are excited about working at the intersection of traditional and crypto financial systems.

We seek an innovative individual responsible for developing and executing various growth hacking strategies, setting priorities and KPIs for different clients. You can pivot on the fly. Crypto is constantly evolving. What you worked on last month may not be what you work on today, and that excites you.

Job responsibilities

  • Work with CBO to build and manage a pipeline of clients & partners.
  • Prospect & generate quality leads for sales through various online & offline channels and other online and offline tactics.
  • Convert sales funnel into commercial success.
  • Identify, source and close new revenue generating clients within crypto native companies across all sub segments of the crypto ecosystem (NFT platforms, P2E Gaming platforms etc)
  • Develop and execute high-growth digital marketing reach-outs & prospecting.
  • Acquire, build and maintain relationships with clients within the crypto native vertical
  • Understanding the needs of clients & partners at every stage of their development and consider how TransFi can add value with its product partnerships
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal cross-functional business units to create more efficient processes, identify bottlenecks, identify growth opportunities and increase our overall client success percentage (retention).
  • Keep a pulse on existing and emergingweb3 projects and the teams building them.

Job requirements

  • An excellent business understanding of the web3 technologies landscape- Crypto, NFT, and web3 culture experience is a must.
  • Crypto/NFT landscape (marketplaces, Gaming etc) knowledge and expertise, vision and passion for the industry. Startup experience required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ of customer-facing experience in a relevant role (crypto, FinTech).
  • Expertise in online strategies, user experience, and business development. Working knowledge of different digital technologies, tools. Well conversant with platforms like Discord.
  • Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels.
  • A strong business development track record (Sales, Growth, or new businesses roles)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication(written and oral), public speaking, negotiation, and listening skills.Excellent communication & written skills in English
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Passionate about building new businesses and willing to be hands-on to get the job done
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both within your team and with leadership and partners.
  • Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems
  • You are organized. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress well
  • Ability to understand and help promote our customer-centric vision & values.
  • This cross-functional role works closely with the marketing, sales teams, product management, and technology teams.
